Are you an Passionate Career Minded Person?....Is it Hurting Your Relationship?... Here are some tips that might Help.
Jennifer feels torn and guilty. For the first time in her life, she’s doing work that she absolutely loves. She’s had several jobs in the past that merely paid the bills. Now, however, she looks forward to going into the office every day. It’s always stimulating and rewarding. Some days, she is disappointed when 5 pm rolls around. That’s when the guilt pours in. While Jennifer adores her work, she also adores her family. Her children are teenagers and pretty much take care of themselves, but she feels a distance growing between herself and them. It’s getting more and more difficult to keep up with what’s new in their lives and that didn’t used to happen. What’s even more troubling is the distance she feels growing in her marriage. She worries that the time, energy and attention she devotes to her work is having a detrimental effect on her relationship with her husband. Sometimes, as she excitedly shares with him about one of her work projects, he seems to be bored and not really listening. He rarely talks about his job except to complain about his boss.
Other times, when Jennifer calls home to say she’s staying late at the office, she can hear the irritation in his voice. She doesn’t want to lose either her fabulous job or her loving relationship with her husband and children. Most of the time, Jennifer feels like she has to short-change one or the other and that is stressful and upsetting. The inner conflict can be huge! When you work at a job you love and you also want to keep your relationship healthy and connected, you might feel just as torn as Jennifer does. Finding balance is the goal and it may not seem easy to come by. The demands of life can be stressful and you might even believe that, in order to have success in one area of your life, you’ve got to neglect the other areas. Please note: There is a difference between being passionate about your job and being a workaholic.
When work is an excuse to avoid your partner or a tense situation at home, pay attention. Acknowledge it if you feel compelled to work long hours or spend little time with your partner. Get curious about why this is and decide what you will do about it. Re-frame We don’t believe that you have to neglect any aspect of your life and certainly not your own well-being either! If you are seeking balance between your relationship and career, we first recommend that you try a re-frame. This intentionally looking at the same situation you find yourself in a slightly different way. For example, if you tend to tell yourself that, “There’s no time for it all” or “There’s not enough me to go around” or “I can only focus on either my work or my family,” stop yourself and remember to breathe. While it’s probably true that you can’t be and do everything all at once, you CAN nurture both a thriving career and a healthy and close relationship. Balance, success and satisfaction become available when you open up to, “I don’t have to choose.” You might not know how this kind of balance will happen. In fact, if you try to plan it all out in advance, you’ll mostly make yourself stressed out and exhausted.
What you can do is to affirm the possibility of balance to yourself and then make decisions that are in alignment with balance as they come up. Communicate Keep the communication between you and your partner open and honest. Let him or her know that you see your work AND your relationship and family as equally important. Don’t stop sharing about what you love about your job. If your partner seems to you to be bored or uninterested, ask if he or she wants to hear more. Don’t take it personally if the answer is “No.” Make sure to ask about your partner’s day and to value whatever he or she does, regardless of whether or not there’s a paycheck involved. The point here is to use what you each found enjoyable, difficult or thought-provoking about your everyday experiences as a way to stay in touch with one another. This can be fuel for connection regardless of how different each of your experiences are.
Connect Never stop creating chances to connect with your partner and with your own self. Remember, nobody wins if you sacrifice yourself or what you are passionate about. You may have to do some creative scheduling, but it IS possible to keep the connection with your partner strong and healthy. Think of it as an adventure! How can you and your partner take the 15 minute chunk of time you have alone in the evening and make it a moment for touching in with each another? Could you sit together on the couch holding hands and listening to the relaxing music or just the sounds of your home and one another’s breathing? This might sound boring, but if you really tune into the moment, you might really enjoy it and it could build up for later passion in the bedroom.

Can I change His mind?
The question posed is:
"Should a women still date a guy that says up front, at the moment he's not looking for anything too serious in a relationship? Is it likely for a guy to change his mind after getting to know the girl, or is that a signal to #WALK?"
Ways To Tell Answer:
You are not gonna convince him to get serious about a relationship if he's already saying he's not in it for that. Doesn
't mean he will never settle down though. Point is that you don't want to be building this fantasy in your mind about how you are going to change him and cause him to fall for you cause then you will basically be the pursuer and he will have little reason to chase you. If you want to be courted, don't be the aggressor. Settle on being "friends" only and just allow the relationship to develop if it will. Do not compromise or become intimate in anyway if he has already communicated is desire to stay out of a serious relationship...you'll be setting yourself up for hurt if you do. Ultimately men know where they are in their life and if they want to be married in the near future. Don't be a girl among many. Your time and life is to precious.

If he likes you he'll let nothing keep him from making contact with you....NOTHING! #WaysToTel
If he likes you he'll let nothing keep him from making contact with you....NOTHING! #WaysToTell
A Man that likes a woman will not allow distance or any other circumstance to prevent him from making some sort of contact with her. She need not worry whether about wondering if he cares or is concerned about her, because his heart won't let him rest until he communicates his feelings. It it the ones that try and prod non-existent feelings from guys that end up ultimately hurt, confused and alone. Let that man speak for himself, and let him prove to you what his heart is saying to him. Don't force anything.

The choices you're making now are impacting your relationships of tomorrow...
Choosing to wait or to go ahead and give yourself to someone that you are not in a covenant relationship with (married to) and sharing that most precious gift with them will impact the relationship you will have when you do get married. We share our souls and are bonded with every one that we give ourselves to sexually whether we believe it or not. The very act is a more than just a natural exercise in pleasure and physical release. It is a joining together of two souls and two spirits in oneness and just like melting a smores with marshmallow and chocolate between to graham crackers is unable to be separated, so is the ties between those who come together in intercourse. Just consider whether or not this is something you want to live with and carry into the rest of your life. It can and will impact your relationship of tomorrow...take a moment and make a choice to wait.

My Inspiration for my dissertations...(Why I 'm writing these blogs)
I feel obligated to share information like that on this page as I am married, have a mother, sister, daughters, cousins, aunts, and friends and I believe that they are each entitled to the best that God has and should not feel the need to settle for craziness. Women indeed out number men in most any setting and therefore often lower their standards for the purpose of companionship. This is not consistent with God's perfect will for your lives. He calls you a "good thing" and a blessing to be found. So the words I share are to encourage you and remind you of your God given worth and value. This is not to blast men,but to inform women! #FromMyHeart
He will not front you out in front of his family...if he likes you #WaysToTell
His family may have their own opinion about you and may criticize everything you are and do. However, a man that likes you will not leave you hanging and front you out when in the presence of his family or anytime else for that matter. What do I mean by this? Well, let's just say you like to shop at certain places and prefer certain brands and his family have a difference of opinion when it comes to shopping and he knows that. A man that likes you will not entertain them talking to you critically in his presence and then team up with them to make a point against you when in their presence. It just wont happen. So if you experience this regularly then you may want to re-evaluate his motives.

If he refuses to call your home too early or too late out of respect to your house....he likes you #WaysToTell
Men that consider you and your household to be important more than their desire to communicate with you are ones that respect you and really care about you. It is easy for men to think with their lustful mind and eyes and disregard time, place, or people involved. You have to pay attention to this and resist the urge to allow your own hormones and feelings of being considered, desired, and needed to kick in at this point. He can and should wait til an appropriate time to call you, and you should expect that from him. Giving in and allowing this to be the norm will only create a situation in the "relationship" where disrespect and dishonor can breed. A man that looks upon you as a jewel worthy of the best, will wait for you and put his feelings aside in order to honor you as a Lady!

If he only wants to live a secret life and does not want to take you out anywhere or be seen together....(run)!
When a man likes you, he is pleased to be in your company and does not mind being with you in any place. Secrets and hidden agendas abound in the mind and heart of a man who is careful as to where you are both seen together at. Watch that and be very concerned.
The truth is that even if you've put up with and been in love with someone who does not "like" you based on these tips, all is not lost...Love will find you still! #smile
Please don't be discouraged and feel as if life will pass you by and love will never find you. Your experiences more than likely were stimulated by what you knew to be the right way and or what your heart was telling you at the time. Most of us are not instructed on the ways of dating, relationships and the opposite sex are learned by what we see others do or what is shown to us in the movies and television. In most cases we never get any real teaching on how to go about dating and what to expect from it. The truth of this does not pronounce a final judgement upon your life in the area of love. Hopefully this will cause you to identify unhealthy and healthy situations much clearer. A man is indeed looking for you, and you will be loved and love again! #I Believe it!
